The business finder will play a key role in our agency's expansion strategy. They will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new properties, expanding our offer, and consolidating our leadership position in the local market. This figure will work closely with the existing team, contributing their skills and energy to achieving company objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential real estate acquisition opportunities in the areas of Abbadia Lariana, Mandello del Lario, Lierna, and Lecco.
- Develop and maintain a network of contacts with property owners, industry professionals, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Present acquisition opportunities to the agency team, providing detailed information and market analysis.
- Collaborate with the team to assess the feasibility of transactions and define acquisition strategies.
- Manage the property acquisition process, from the initial contact phase to the conclusion of the agreement.
- Keep the database of real estate opportunities updated and monitor market trends.
- Achieve the acquisition objectives defined by the agency.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma.
- Previous experience in the real estate sector or in commercial roles in contact with the public is preferred.
- VAT registration or willingness to obtain one is essential.
- Excellent knowledge of the reference territory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong results orientation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Good knowledge of IT tools (Office package).
- Driving license and willingness to travel within the territory.
